Skills Requirements:
  • Required to evaluate customer needs based on applications requirements, current capacity and growth trends.
  • Deliver engineering specifications, assist with functional specifications, and collaborate on technical designs and specifications for projects and initiatives.
  • Must Provide technical or business analytical leadership for specific needs or objectives in order to meet business requirements.
  • Work closely with external vendors and other personnel in order to optimize and facilitate the best solution to meet the needs of the business.
  • Develop recommendations in support of project objectives. Develop logical and physical technical artifacts for review.
  • Provide technical services for customers in a highly complex environment. Demonstrate ability to assess technical impact to the project/new technology along with technical risks.
  • Resolve complex problems with little or no guidance. Independently research and promote specialized technical solutions.
  • Must have experience with AWS and Azure cloud technologies and their implementations.
  • Expert knowledge on Microsoft AD/DNS/Client/File servers.
  • Must Analyze complex hardware and software issues associated with technologies like Citrix, Cisco UCS, Client and Azure VMWare solutions.
  • Demonstrate domain knowledge in server infrastructure, data management and data protection technologies in both on-prem and cloud solutions.
  • Be able apply the knowledge of these methodologies to create enterprise solutions.
  • Report on performance and capacities and make allocation recommendations based on trending.
  • Excellent knowledge on SAN / NAS / FC Switches.
  • Experience supporting VMWare and Citrix virtualized systems hosted on NetApp, EMC and cloud based VMWare offerings.
  • Participate in capacity planning and performance discussions and assist in development and execution of disaster recovery plans.
  • Must have knowledge with VMware Components ESXi, VCenter, vRealize Automation, vRealize Operations Management, VMware Site Recovery Manager, Zetro Cloud, NetApp, Dell Storage, and Brocade Fibre Channel Networking in private and public cloud is required.
  • Knowledge on Client Infrastructure and Client file systems.
  • Experience with Enterprise data protection and disaster recovery solution, and understand Enterprise application data management requirements.
