Not required. Primarily use orderllies, Ratios EMR Picis OR Manager Charge Nurse 1.6 FTE Clinical Lead (charge) until 5, then at 3 have a dedicated cahrge. After 11p & on weekends it is the nurse on the shift who is charge.l OR techs Weekend Requirement - RN's SS 7-3 & 3p-7a NOT Call - maybe 2 weekend days per month (2 scheduled days or 1 schedule & 1 call) Weekend Requirement - CST's same & schedule is the same Call Requirement - RN's Open heart does own call. Has trauma team covers call 24/7 M-F 11p-7a, & backup call for weekend SS also 24 hrs.
