Job Description
 
 

TruckPro is in search of a committed Parts Counter Sales at our Nashville location. This position is responsible for performing sales activities inside the store by providing customer service and developing sales relationships with walk-in and telephone customers.

Parts Counter responsibilities include:



  • Obtain sales orders for heavy duty truck parts
  • Determine customers need for truck parts
  • Assist customers with warranties
  • Generate tickets for orders to warehouse
  • Process orders for outside sales team

Part Counter Candidates must have:



  • Heavy Duty Parts knowledge/experience preferred
  • Inside sales experience/outside sales
  • Excellent communication (oral & written)
  • Customer service oriented
  • Results Driven
  • Exceptional Customer Service 
  • Multitasking
