Job Description

Responsible for implementing, supporting, maintaining, and managing IT services, including networking, IT security, email, and disaster recovery. Solid Windows experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support network and storage environments including SAN, clustering, load balancing, multi-site VPNs, network IDS, firewalls, and application delivery/virtualization products such as Citrix
  • Update, Install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot multi-site Linux/UNIX and Windows based Netsmart application environments for both turn-key and cloud clients
  • Work directly with clients to resolve issues, schedule updates, and provide guidance on system level best practices
  • Support enterprise database systems; MS-SQL
  • Complete basic Windows or Linux administration tasks, including patching, configuration of server roles and features, and installation of software package
  • Work within the HIPAA and ISO 27000 series security and privacy governess models in implementing and securing client environments
  • Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to technical staff


Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 5 years experience with Infrastructure and Networking. VMware fundamental experience. DNS is critical.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with SQL Server enterprise database systems, performing installation setup, basic configuration and troubleshooting.
  • At least 5 years of experience implementing and troubleshooting server systems in WAN/LAN environments
  • Working knowledge of IT standards, concepts, best practices, and procedures
  • Ability to prioritize attention and workload to focus on client priorities within a time sensitive environment
  • Ability to lead and mentor direct reports
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and conceptual thinking skills


Preferred
  • Experience working with the Windows Server Platform, enterprise management experience
  • Public Cloud experience-AWS, Azure
