Calificaciones:
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en horario flexible, incluyendo fines de semana y días feriados.
  • Conocimiento básico en sistema de computadora.
  • Habilidades de planificación y calendarización.
  • Se prefiere individuos con experiencia previa, pero no es un requisito para ser considerado
Funciones Esenciales:

¿DE QUÉ SE TRATA ESTA POSICIÓN?
Como personal de Despacho, usted coordinará los equipos que dan forma a la experiencia de los huéspedes.

  • Responder y coordinar todas las llamadas por teléfono y radio.
  • Delegar tareas entre los Asociados de forma equitativa.
  • Llevar registro de aquellos artículos perdidos y encontrados y asegurar los mismos sean guardados de forma segura.
  • Procesar documentación necesaria a diario.
  • Mantener sentido de urgencia para que las unidades sean completadas a tiempo.
  • Asistir en los inventarios de ropa de cama y materiales de trabajo.
  • Asistir en la solución de quejas de los huéspedes de forma inmediata.
  • Hacer entregas a los huéspedes según sea necesario.
  • Presentarse a trabajar puntualmente y según programado, utilizando el uniforme adecuado y siguiendo los estándares de apariencia establecidos por la empresa.
  • Mantener actitud positiva, amistosa y servicial que garantice una experiencia positiva para los huéspedes.
  • Cumplir con todas las normas y procedimientos de seguridad.
