Job Description:

We are looking for a full time Staffing Recruiter Bilingual to attract and recruit quality candidates. Responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to highly skilled candidates through social media, recruitment platforms, job sites and professional contacts. Qualify and interview candidates, updating and keeping in touch with hiring managers to stay informed of upcoming needs. Implementing creative recruiting techniques and publishing job ads. Also, being instrumental in all parts of the job-placement process such as onboarding and communicating with clients. Performing language and skills testing to determine proficiency. Performs other related duties as required.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in an HR or staffing environment
  • Written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish
  • Experience with recruitment databases, HRIS, ATS, CRM, candidate sourcing tools, job sites and LinkedIn promotion tactics
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must speak, read and write English and Spanish fluently at a professional level
  • Strong interviewing and decision-making skills
  • Can communicate good and bad news alike
  • Comfortable with being client-facing and having tough conversations
  • Knowing the right balance between professional and personal
  • Multitasking, answering phones, driving to worksites, setting up/attending/breaking down booths at trade shows and events
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Typing 35+ WPM
  • Communicating professionally via phone and email
  • Manual and electronic documentation
  • And other duties as assigned

Preferred Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience in a staffing environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, talk and type for long periods of time.

Required Education:

  • High school diploma/GED

Preferred Education:

  • Degree with a focus in Human Resources or Business Admininstration

Schedule:

  • 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday

Training Schedule:

  • 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday

Dress Code:

  • Business Casual

Benefits:

  • PTO start accruing after starting, but other benefits start after 90 days

Additional Information:

Drug and background checks are performed. Valid identification and reliable transportation required. We are an E-Verify employer. We will provide the Social Security Administration (SSA) and, if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), with information from each new employee's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization. Our employees are authorized to work in the United States. Candidates shall supply their own transportation.
