We are hiring a Home Care Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our nursing team to support our clients in their homes. We offer world class home care with small community values. We are looking for Full-time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse work with a 34-year-old female in his home.

We welcome new grads and will train We have several clients in the Twin Cities area.

Details for this client's case:
- Case is located Andover, MN
- 34 yr. old Female
- Cerebral Palsy
- Moderate intellectual disabilities
- Tracheostomy
- Chronic respiratory therapy (vent/suctioning/O2/Nebs)
- Colostomy
- G-Tube
- Pets in the home
- NOC Shifts only one during the week Tuesday or Wednesday 9 pm - 7 am and every other weekend Saturday and Sunday

Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing care to client
- Help maintain patients' treatment plan
- Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms and/or behaviors
- Maintain accurate patient medical records
- Provide advice and support to patients and their family members

Qualifications:
- Work from a place of caring and honoring the dignity of all clients
- RN or LPN Minnesota License
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
