Operations Analyst – Full-Time / Cordova, TN / Hybrid 


As a TruckPro Operations Analyst, you will drive innovative data solutions across our operations. If you're passionate about leveraging data to optimize business processes and thrive in a collaborative environment, this role is for you.


Operations Analyst Responsibilities Include:



  • Data Analytics and Visualization:

    • Utilize tools such as Tableau, SQL Server, Snowflake, and Excel to conduct data analysis and develop insightful visualizations.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across various operational functions to provide actionable insights for process optimization.

  • Dashboard Development:

    • Design and develop impactful dashboards using Tableau to visualize and analyze operational data, catering to diverse stakeholder needs.
    • Translate operational requirements into effective visualizations that drive informed decision-making.

  • Process Optimization:

    • Analyze operational processes and workflows to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost savings.
    • Implement data-driven solutions to streamline operations and enhance overall business performance.

  • Data Management:

    • Manage and analyze operational data using SQL Server and Snowflake, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility.
    • Troubleshoot and enhance the BI Platform (Tableau) to support operational analytics initiatives.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

    • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and communicate insights effectively.
    • Play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.


Successful Operations Analyst Candidates Will Have:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Math, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred
  • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Snowflake, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen understanding of operational processes.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving operational environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
