Job Summary and Qualifications


The CT Technologistperforms routine and specialized imaging procedures in the application ofthe ionizingradiationin accordance withthe established professional and departmental standards.The CT Techprovideshigh-qualitycomputerized tomography images ofthe used by physicians for diagnosis and treatment.We are an amazing team, that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you, who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. 


What you will do in this role:  


  • You will compassionately assist and position patients on CT table. 
  • You will start IVs for contrast injection and when necessary. 
  • You will assess image quality and make adjustments when necessary. 
  • You will release customer with proper post procedure instructions. 
  • You will turn over and prepare room using aseptic technique between patients and clean / sterilize equipment. 
  • You will follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines.

Whatqualificationsyouwillneed: 


  • Graduate of an accredited AMA program with a certificate or Prefer degree in Radiology Technology. 
  • Should adhere to ARRT guidelines of obtaining 24 continuing education credits every two years.
  • ARRT-CT certification or registry-eligible required within 6 months of hire. 
  • Must hold a current license with the Kansas board of healing arts. 
  • BLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required
  • Two years of experience preferred with additional training in CT scanning.
