•\tSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. Able to pick up Saturday shift if interested 8:00am - 12:30pm but not required. Flexibility on Saturday is a plus

•\tDaily Responsibilities: Same Day Access Needs - Family Internal Medicine background needed
•\tPatient Population: mainly adults but must be ok with seeing patients down to 12 years old. All Ages preferred but not required. Health maintenance, physical diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic issues within primary care settings. Perform initial exams, set up/monitor equipment, order/administered diagnostic tests, and document care administered. Minor Illness/Conditions - Cold, Flu, Cough, Sore Throat, UTI, STD Concerns; Minor Injuries, Rash, Ingrown Toenails, Arthritis Flare, Wound Check; GYN- Birth Control, Emergency Contraception, Pregnancy testing, Yeast infections; Wellness - Blood Pressure Check, Pap, TB Testing; Skin Treatments, Mole Check, Cold and canker sores, Acne, Rashes, Warts, Skin Tags; Chronic Conditions - High Blood pressure; Hyperlipidemia; Vaccinations
•\tPatients per Shift: Estimated 26 Patients per day (13 per 4-hour block) Patients schedule for 15-minute time slots. Will work in basket work as well (Emails, Follow-ups, etc.).
•\tEMR: EPIC
•\tCredentialing timeframe: Estimated 12 Weeks upon application submitted
Requirements:
•\tActive unrestricted CA License
•\tActive BLS certifications
•\tDEA
•\tBoard Certified
•\tVaccination Requirement: Required with Recent Booster
•\tMust be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
