What you will be doing:

  • Performs tasks to establish and maintain employee/payroll records

  • Check and audit timekeeping records for compliance with established standards

  • Maintain time and attendance records

  • Enter new hires into the payroll system

  • Post changes in pay and tax status, and miscellaneous changes

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Good math/accounting aptitude

  • Office experience plus knowledge of 10-key and word processing and spreadsheet programs

  • Proficiency in Lawson

  • Working towards CPP certification, or completion of it, would really catch our attention
