Job Details:
•\tPay: $120 Hr.
•\tSpecialty: Urgent Care/Family Medicine NP
•\tDates of Coverage: ASAP – December
•\tSchedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
•\tDaily Responsibilities: Same day care, Occasional walk-ins if time permits, Rashes, coughs, URIs, chronic care (e.g., diabetes, blood pressure management), lacerations, and standard primary care (colds, flu, etc.)
•\tNo Call
•\tPatients per shift: Estimated 20 patients per day; includes basket work (emails, follow-ups, etc.)
•\tEMR: Epic
•\tCredentialing timeframe: Estimated 45-60 days upon application submission
•\t
Requirements:
•\tActive unrestricted HI License
•\tActive ACLS & BLS certifications
•\tMinimum 3 years of experience
•\tBoard Certified
•\tVaccination Requirement: Required with Booster
•\tFull-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
•\tMust be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
