BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking a Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to join our outstanding and compassionate team in Valrico 

  • Facility: BayCare Behavioral Health
  • Location: Valrico 
  • Status: Full-Time, Exempt: Yes
  • Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday through Thursday 
  • Weekend Work: None
  • On Call: No

The Behavioral Health Therapist II is responsible for:

  • Providing solution focused behavioral health treatment through the use of individual, group and family counseling.
  • Providing clinical impression and assessment.
  • Performing crisis support and services as needed.
  • Functioning as Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts as applicable.
  • Overseeing clinical staff as assigned.
  • Traveling to various sites, as specific program requires.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Required Certification/License:

  • BLS (Basic Life Support)
  • Driver's License
  • LMFT (Marriage and Family), LMHC (Mental Health) or LCSW (Social Work) - Required

Required Education:

  • Master's in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Health Education, Human Services, Nursing or Related Field
