Job Description

Overview:

The Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is seeking an ACV Supervisor l. The ACV Supervisor I is responsible for using your coaching ability and knowledge of store operations to coach store Team Members on correctly appraising vehicles, ensuring that our business model is carried out to everyone’s advantage. You will be a master of our valuation tool and use your organization skills and ability to coach and develop talent to help stores excel and surpass their goals every day. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze store vehicle valuations and coach, train, and guide store team members in achieving more effective valuations using a combination of Black Book and previously paid transactions.
  • Support daily store operations through processing documents, recording information, and importing data, while providing excellent customer service at all points of internal contact.
  • Work to ensure stores maintain compliance with state laws and Company policies in regard to vehicle valuations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during internal communications.
  • Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular in-person attendance, including limited Saturday hours, is required for this position. A full-time work schedule for this position includes, at a minimum, 40-hours per week.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail, financial services, or similar industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple tasks/projects
  • Proven track record of developing and coaching talent at all levels
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
  • Team-oriented and performance-driven
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel
  • Physical demands for this position frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, move about freely inside and occasionally outside of the office, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • Title lending industry operational support experience
