Job Description

An award winning, highly ranked, respected hospital in the Washington, D.C. DMV area is looking for a Nurse Manager Dialysis Renal. The RN Manager Dialysis will report to and work in collaboration with the Nurse Director Director of Dialysis to oversee a highly rated Dialysis unit. 

The Nurse Manager Dialysis Renal will oversee day to day renal dialysis department operations, staffing, and equipment allocation and oversight. The Renal Nurse Manager will ideally have previous knowledge of the nursing process, regulatory process, and staff nurse performance reviews.

They are also highly ranked for kidney failure within the area making this a hospital where a Renal Nurse Manager can confidently build a career within a trusted hospital system. 

The Renal Nurse Manager will oversee a 5+ bay unit with an impatient population and the use of Fresenius 2008T Bluestar/Amia Cycler CCPD/Plasmapheresis machines within the unit. The ideal candidate will have previous Nurse Leadership experience and experience with dialysis.
