Salary:  $17.81

Bonus: $300 after 90 days on assignment

Schedule: Sunday to Friday 11pm - 7am.

What’s a typical day as a Cellar Technician? You’ll be:

• Completing tank sanitation, sampling, blending, and fermentation maintenance.

• Operating a designated machine center.

• Entering data into the wine inventory database.

• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

• Performing routine production reporting and quality checks.

• Conducting in-process and final production quality control and verification checks.

• Required to work at heights and in small areas.

• Required to wear a respirator when necessary.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have basic knowledge of wine production and cellar operations.

• Are able to operate equipment and machinery effectively and safely.

• Have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Are committed to maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
