A leading, growing AdTech is looking to hire a Senior Legal Counsel to join the team. This individual would report directly to the company's General Counsel and work alongside senior level executives to provide legal guidance. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company known as a leader in the industry as they continue to scale the business globally. This individual would sit out of the company's office in Miami, Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Review and handle commercial contracts, vendor agreements, third party agreements and manage the company's supplier relationships
  • Provide legal advice to senior executives across a range of matters including general corporate, privacy, employment and IP matters
  • Remain up to date on any relevant privacy and data protection laws that may impact the business and ensure adherence with all relevant laws
  • Manage corporate matters for the business

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience, preferably within the e-commerce and tech space
  • Strong foundation in commercial matters and overall understanding of corporate law
  • Ability to work effectively with different business units to ensure company's success
  • JD and active bar membership
