Title: Director of Nursing - DON
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Surgery Center
Location: Kokomo, IN and Lafayette, IN
Schedule:Monday- Friday 8a-5p. Travel required once a week
Pay: Starts at 120k, increases based on experience plus full benefits

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The DON duties to include but not limited to:
-Direct, oversee and evaluate all nursing personnel
-Guide staffing procedures
-Set objectives and long-term goals for Ambulatory Surgery Centers
-Organize and coordinate day to day flow of scheduling and Procedures
-Develop and enforce policies aiming for legal compliance and high quality standards
-Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Indiana nursing license required
-Degree in nursing required; Master’s degree in nursing or healthcare administration is a plus
-3-5 years of previous supervisory experience
-CPR and ACLS certifications required
