TheraEx Staffing Services - APP is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Obstetrics / Gynecology for a locum tenens job in Fontana, California.

Job Details:
•\tPay: $105 Hr.
•\tCoverage dates: ASAP - 3 month with option to extend
•\tNP/PA ONLY They are NOT accepting Certified Nurse Midwife’s.
•\tSchedule: Monday – Friday; 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
•\tNo Call
•\tType of Patients/Cases/Procedures: Outpatient Clinic Setting – Focus will be with GYN cases and some OB, if schedule shifts seeing well women visits. Some Video appointments included along with clinic coverage; Strong GYN experience required.
•\t Must be comfortable doing own Ultrasounds and dating down to 8 weeks
•\tPatients per shift: Scheduled 12-13 patients for morning 4 hours and afternoon 4 hours. Estimated 20-24 patients per day
•\tEMR: Epic
•\tCredentialing timeframe: 90 days
Requirements:
•\tActive unrestricted CA License & Furnishing License
•\tActive BLS certifications
•\tMinimum 3 years of experience
•\tBoard Certified
•\tFull-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
•\tMust be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
