Job Details:
•\tPay: $110 Hr.
•\tCoverage dates: ASAP – 5 Months with option to extend, as needed
•\tSchedule: 3x12 Hours per week (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Monday, Thursday, Friday). Flexibility on this schedule is very helpful and preferred if changes are needed.
•\tDaily Responsibilities: Urgent Care cases – Flu, Sickness, I&D, Lacerations, Suturing, Toenails, Fractures, X-Ray Reading Capabilities Required. Must be comfortable with work ups and higher acuity patients, as needed. ER Experience highly preferred.
•\tNo Call
•\tPatients per shift: Patients scheduled every 20 minutes
•\tSupport Staff: Physicians, other APPs, and MA’s/RN’s/LVN’s for Support
•\tEMR: Epic
•\tCredentialing timeframe: Estimated 90 Days

Requirements:
•\tActive unrestricted CA License
•\tActive BLS certifications
•\tMinimum 3 years of experience
•\tBoard Certified
•\tVaccination Requirement: Required with Booster
•\tFull-time coverage is mandatory—no deviations from the requested schedule will be accepted.
•\tMust be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
