Every other weekend… 1 year of experience required… BLS required; IV Certification highly preferred… Will float amongst 3 LTC units when the regular staff is scheduled; 4-North and 5-North is a 41-bed unit. 4-South and 5-South is a 21-bed unit… C.N.A.s, LVNs, Nurses, and a Nurse Manager are available as support on unit… Patient Mix/Skill Requirement: LTC, Sub-acute rehab, Psych; assessment, clinical documentation, medication and treatment administration; admission, discharge and transfer of residents; obtaining and transcribing physician orders; Long-term care unit with a few short-term residents. NO VENTS… Patient Ratio: 1:25 max on day shift 7a-330p (ratios may increase if floated…) Charting System: Matrix Care/Omnicell… First time travelers accepted...
