As the Senior Manager, Order to Cash (OTC) you will lead the team ensuring Service Metrics (On Time in Full - OTIF) for the customer while developing and executing OTC strategies. Utilizing deep customer focus, you will seek out and understand the needs of internal and external customers and create win-win solutions to drive the business forward.



 



The role is part of a hybrid work environment – proximity to Battle Creek, Michigan or commutable within 61-200 miles required.

  • \t
  • Solve unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business. Leads the development of functional strategy for order execution and fulfillment.
    \t
  • Develop & foster strong alignment and relationships with cross–functional business leads including Integrated Planning, Sales Finance, Logistics Innovation, Sales Strategy, Master Files, VAS, Transportations, Distribution, Sales Planning and Remarketing.
    \t
  • Create Direction by developing short term tactics and solutions to deliver Order to Cash and customer supply chain programs.
    \t
  • Collaborate on special projects with internal and external partners to enhance supply chain effectiveness.
    \t
  • Provide supply chain expertise and execute creative problem solving to enhance supply chain effectiveness.
    \t
  • Develops a strong team of leaders that delivers a strong customer experience even in the face of adversity by using each opportunity to deliver solutions. 
    \t
  • Deliver Order to Cash team budget and driving toward YOY cost reductions.
    \t
  • Ensure consistent application and adherence of all customer service policies, including GAAP, SOX and audit requirements.


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
    \t
  • Five or more years of related experience
    \t
  • Supervisory experience
    \t
  • Customer relationship management experience as well as strong negotiation and decision-making skills
    \t
  • Sense of urgency and ownership of resolution, meeting established performance objectives and customer commitments
    \t
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to partner with key internal/external customer to drive change & continuous improvement.
    \t
  • Ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities and specific time constraint.
    \t
  • Other skills include excellent verbal and written communication skills; deep analytical and problem-solving; and solid time management skills.
    \t
  • Computer skills, including experience with ERP systems, MS Office
    \t
  • Strong knowledge of order to cash preferred.
