Position Summary:
Performs maintenance, repairs, construction, and installation of systems and equipment associated with the designated specialty.
Reports to: Supervisor
FLSA: Non-exempt

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
On the job training with an experienced HVAC-R TechnicianDrag Edit DeleteMaintains and repairs specialty building items.Drag Edit DeleteAssists and acts as a resource for other maintenance staff with regard to specialty building materials, problems, and issues.
Drag Edit DeleteUtilizes appropriate hand and power tools and test equipment related to maintenance or specialty.
Drag Edit DeleteReads, interprets, and utilizes blueprints and schematics as required for job performance.Drag Edit DeleteMaintains and stocks appropriate inventories. Orders parts and supplies as needed.Drag Edit DeletePerforms preventative maintenance as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum EducationX High school diploma or equivalent □ Preferred X Required
X Associate’s degree X Preferred □ Required
X Enrolled in HVAC-R Program □ Preferred X Required
