We are seeking a full time Sr Cost Analyst with a CPA for a global tire manufacturing company with over 75 years of experience, global sales, and distribution footprint in more than 100 countries and regions. This position is based in White, GA. Fluency in English and Japanese a requirement as well as CPA and experience working in manufacturing setting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Become the subject matter expert on CADIOS (internal software)

· Understand the material transactions and investigate monthly variances within CADIOS.

· Work with Japan to better use CADIOS to manage our production costs. Fluent in Japanese is a must

· Plan and direct the Fixed Asset inventory.

· Help departments analyze ROI on new projects and verify upon completion.

· Actively participates in the budget planning process by developing an annual budget for labor and other costs as assigned.

 

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES

Leads by example in the effective execution of all duties and responsibilities related to the position.

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B. S.) from a four-year college or university in Finance or Accounting; or related degree and related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Cost Accounting and Cost Management experience is

required. CPA certification is required. Experience with SAP S4 HANA would be a significant advantage.

6 years:

Cost Accounting and cost management experience

Fluency in Japanese and English

Preferred
