Licensed Aesthetics Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all inclusive. Other duties may be assigned.
Oversight and management of Cosmetic Staff.
A Licensed Aesthetician preferred.
Build a vision and plan to unify cosmetics across all SCDI locations.
Create and implement an open house project plan to attract and retain new clients.
Oversee ordering of all skincare and injectable products.
Evaluate PAR levels product inventory at each site and ensure these levels are maintained.
Evaluate product offering for each site and streamline line-up / standardize at smaller or newer sites.
End of month reporting for product inventory and associated sales, service reconciliation, and injectables and their associated sales.
Maintain monthly metrics; send monthly totals to staff for products and services.
Ensure employees receive and maintain proper training on all lasers, skincare products and injectables.
Consultative services for aesthetics/cosmetics across the entire enterprise.
Willingness to travel to all SCDI locations, as needed.
Complete on-line course to become a certified laser safety officer.
Coordinate maintenance and repair of cosmetic equipment, as needed.
Lead cosmetic start-up at addition and/or new SCDI locations.
Develop and implement strategies to grow the business and increase revenue.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and industry professionals.
Work closely with marketing to develop and implement lead-generation strategies, promotions, and advertising campaigns.
Directs, implements, and maintains patient experience and service standards; friendly and educated team members, comfort and cleanliness of procedure rooms and lobby, and resolves guest problems and complaints as needed.
Consistently supports compliance by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements and office protocols (including but not limited to, OSHA, HIPAA)
Experience Requirements
2 years Cosmetic Department/Medical Spa management experience, preferred.
A Licensed Aesthetician preferred.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position is responsible for all cosmetic department providers and staff.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements
Ability to communicate in an active multi-office environment
Ability to efficiently operate all job-related office equipment
Ability to follow or provide verbal and written instructions
Basic to intermediate computer operation
Mathematical and/or analytical ability for basic to intermediate problem solving
Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
Specialty knowledge of systems relating to job function
Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed established goals and metrics month after month
