*Who We're Looking For:*

Are you a current junior or senior undergraduate with a keen interest in analyzing and financing real estate acquisition and development deals? Scott Communities is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Financial Analyst internship for an individual who wants to dive into the world of real estate finance. This position will provide you with valuable experiences to enhance your leadership, problem-solving, negotiating, and due-diligence skills.

*Key Qualifications:*

· Currently enrolled as a junior or senior undergraduate

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Proficiency in Excel

· Experience building real estate pro formas

· Accounting experience, preferably in the homebuilding, land development, or construction industry

· Excellent research and data analysis abilities

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred

· Familiarity with land development processes, zoning regulations, and entitlement procedures is a plus

*Responsibilities:*

· Manage project timelines and milestones

· Support coordination and communication with various stakeholders

· Conduct research and prepare briefing materials for the executive team
