Lake Worth Rehabilitation Center, our exciting new facility located in Lake Worth, FL, is searching for a qualified and driven *Director of Admissions & Marketing* to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll play a vital role in building our patient census, generating new admissions, and promoting our exceptional care services.

*Responsibilities:*
* *Admissions Expertise:* Oversee the entire admissions process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for patients and families.
* *Marketing & Relationship Building:* Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate interest and referrals.
* *Community Connection:* Build strong relationships with key partners such as insurers, community organizations, and hospitals.
* *Team Leadership:* Provide supervision and guidance to the Admissions Coordinator.

*We are looking for a candidate with:*
* A high school diploma or equivalent (required). *[A plus for a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field]*
* A minimum of three years of experience in long-term care/skilled nursing admissions, health insurance, or a related healthcare field (strongly preferred).
* Must be familiar with medical terminology and possess strong interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite is essential.
* A valid driver's license and the flexibility to travel locally is required.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
