OPPORTUNITY: Center stage role. Report to CFO. Lead a team of 12-15 with responsibilities for the following:
Financial Accounting & Reporting: All general accounting including PR through monthly financial statements including key portions of MD&A. Will develop P/L reports for channels, key customers, and larger SKUs.
Operational Accounting: Via Cost Accounting Manager, look at all expenses related to sales, product innovation, manufacturing, and supply chain.
Business Partnering: Be a key liaison to channel and subsidiary leaders on pricing, discounts, rebates, capital expenditures, T&E, margins, and other financial matters
Budgets: Team on the preparation and consolidation of the annual budget.
Compliance: Ensure compliance and be key liaison to Big 4 auditors on annual audit
REQUIREMENTS: CPA preferred. Seek 12+ years of business experience that most recently included being the Controller, Assistant Controller or Finance Director within a CPG manufacturer or distributor with revenues over $100M. Looking for a hands-on leader and cultivator of talent who can effectively partner across the enterprise and to Board level.
This is not a hybrid or virtual role. Must be willing to travel 5-10% domestically.
SALARY: $175,000 to $200,000 plus 15% target bonus (paid every year) and excellent benefits.
