*Job Description:*
As a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant at Lincoln Industrial Staffing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates. Your responsibilities will include managing the front desk, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to the staffing team.

*Responsibilities:*
* Greet and welcome visitors, applicants, and clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.
* Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate staff members or departments.
* Assist applicants with the registration process, including completing paperwork and verifying documentation.
* Schedule appointments and interviews for candidates and clients.
* Manage and maintain candidate and client databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
* Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
* Coordinate orientations and training sessions for new hires.
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area and office space.
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
* Provide general administrative support to the staffing team as needed.

*Requirements:*
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
* Previous experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a customer service role, preferably in a staffing agency or similar environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor.
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with office equipment such as multi-line phone systems and printers.
