Patient Service Representative

*Position Title: Patient Service Rep*
*Location: Remote*
*Expected Duration: 03+ months.*
*Payrate: 25$/hr.*
*Walk me through the day-to-day responsibilities of this the role and a description of the project (Outside of Workday JD):*
· Making outbound calls to our high and moderate priority members who might qualify for case management.
· 70+ Calls a day, work is handed out through excel.
· 30 new members everyday are given and we are expected to make 3 outreached and different times and days within or TAT.
*Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:*
· Engagement rate, Digital Case Management Rate, Unable to reach rate, decline rate, Turnaround time, and Quality.
· Easiest was to explain is to call 30 new members a day and keep up with the 2nd and third attempts from the days prior, with a goal of getting and many people engaged (sale) as possible.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
Experience:
* Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
* Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
* Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
