Client Support Specialist

*Responsibilites: *
* Provide high-quality, professional, and courteous support to clients via inbound and outbound phone calls.
* Foster strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and ensuring our service and product platforms meet their requirements.
* Diagnose and efficiently resolve client issues, minimizing downtime and disruption to their operations.
* Develop an in-depth understanding of products and services to effectively assist clients, provide guidance, and troubleshoot issues.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions using the Salesforce CRM system.
* Educate clients on product features, best practices, and available resources to empower them to use our products effectively.
* Gather client feedback and advocate for necessary improvements or enhancements to meet client needs.
* Adhere to assigned training and certification timelines to meet expected standards and requirements.
* Maintain punctual, regular, and predictable attendance, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
*Requirements: *
* High School Diploma or GED required.
* 2-3 years of related experience and/or training preferred, with experience in a contact center environment being advantageous.
* Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
