Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patients' conditions
- Assist with activities of daily living and provide personal care to patients
- Catheterize and dialyze patients as needed
- Provide specialized care for patients with dementia or memory impairments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
- Conduct venipuncture and collect laboratory specimens for diagnostic testing
- Utilize electronic health record systems (EHR) to document patient information accurately

Job Types: Travel nursing, Contract

Pay: $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
