Who can do the job?

This position operates on a 100% commission basis and is contractual. Your responsibilities will include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, delivering presentations, and potentially finalizing sales. This role is ideal for those who thrive on fostering relationships and meeting customer requirements. The ideal candidate will be proactive, well-organized, and driven to achieve sales targets while upholding our brand standards.

Compensation: $250,000+ (contract, 1099, 100% commission)

Location(s): MA, NH, & surrounding areas

What will you be doing on a daily basis?

Reach out to prospective clients through prospecting to set up appointments for sales presentations.
Regularly update CRM with activities to ensure consistency of data.
Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.

What is needed to be successful?

3-5 years of proven solar commercial sales experience
Exhibit robust negotiating, planning, and consultative selling abilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication proficiencies.
Superb organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
Build rapport effectively with both potential and current clients through strong interpersonal skills.
A proactive approach to problem-solving
Proficient in using computers and experienced with CRM software.
