*Shift Timings:* 6:30am - 3:00pm

*Schedule:* Monday - Friday

Join our team as a Recovery/Product Quality Specialist at our store in Spanaway, WA. We are seeking a dedicated individual to help reduce loss and waste on damaged goods while facilitating repairs within our store's quality standards. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing optimal service, we encourage you to apply.

*Responsibilities:*
* Reduce loss and waste on damaged goods by facilitating repairs within cost estimations.
* Conduct investigations within 48 hours of receiving repair requests from Store Quality Techs.
* Complete all repairs according to work orders and protocols.
* Ensure smooth pallet flow in the Repair/Recovery Area.
* Package damaged articles for sale as close to their original packaging as possible.
* Create and monitor tracking reports to measure results and productivity.
* Assume responsibility for other tasks and projects as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Work setting:
* In-person
