Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the nursing department
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' conditions and update medical records
- Perform procedures such as spinal taps, catheter care, and gastric lavage
- Manage pain management strategies for patients

Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Proven experience as a Nurse Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures
- Experience in managing a team of healthcare professionals
- Ability to lift and move patients when necessary
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems (e.g., Cerner)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and make critical decisions
