Entira Family Clinics is looking for highly motivated, friendly, compassionate *Registered Nurse *looking to be part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional quality of care to our patients.

Part-time benefits eligible, 32 hours per week. Need to be flexible with hours.

*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
* Assess patient concerns/problems for all age groups over the phone through the collection of health data
* Plan/prioritize, implement and advise treatment based on approved protocols
* Completes prescription refills using approved company protocols
* Hospital follow-up calls
* Help develop and update written protocols
* Participates in special projects and committee work as requested

*REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:*
* Current RN license in the State of Minnesota
* Graduate of an accredited RN program
* 5 years RN experience in a variety of health care settings
* Previous triage experience preferred
* Experience with electronic medical records, eClinicalWorks experience preferred
* CPR certified
* Possess excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with a high level of organizational ability and attention to detail
* Ability to collaborate with other members of the care team and able to work independently using effective nursing judgment and decision-making skills
* Demonstration of good time management and have the flexibility to deal with frequent changes within the organization
