Lawyer Legion is currently seeking Sales Support Representatives to join our team. These individuals will be responsible for providing support to user accounts on our platform. The duties of this position will include editing and approving lawyer profiles, editing web content, and reaching out to lawyers via email, phone, and social media. A major emphasis of this position will be upselling Enhanced Profile subscriptions and helping us build relationships with new users, subscribers, prospective clients, nonprofit organizations and law firms. Another emphasis will be identifying qualified prospects and setting appointments with lawyers and law firms interested in hiring us for larger projects. Client projects might include website design, development, SEO, video production and/or other online marketing solutions. This position is for full-time or part-time employment, on location, with a competitive benefits package. Must be located near Houston, Texas. Commission is 10% for project-based sales and 25% for subscription-based sales. Project-based sales range in value from $36,000 to $250,000 per ticket. Subscription-based sales range in value from $49 to $1,000 and can be sold in high volume very quickly.

Starting Pay: $12 - $15 per hour PLUS Commission - 10% commission on project-based sales - 25% commission on subscription-based sales

Duties:

Provide support to users of our national lawyer database by helping them create, claim, and update their online profiles
Help users reset their login and gain access to their account
Email users offering to provide further support
Upselling the Lawyer Legion Enhanced Profile
Outreach to lawyers and law firms via LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook and other social media platforms
Deploy email marketing campaigns
Create email marketing content
Write and edit website content
Utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini
Enter data into our database
Build relationships with law firms and nonprofit associations
Qualify new leads by working intake and consulting with prospective clients
Negotiate and close 5 and 6-figure contracts with law firms for long-term online marketing projects
Utilize inside sales and outside sales skills to build a consistent sales funnel
Create and modify sales and marketing materials
Schedule online meetings and conference calls with prospective clients
Utilize social media to acquire new subscribers
Utilize email marketing and social media to increase user base
Make decisions about how to best deploy successful marketing strategies
Contact law firms by calling, emailing and direct messaging through social media channels

Preferred Experience:

Prior experience in the legal marketing industry preferred
Prior experience with sales preferred
Prior experience with user support preferred
Prior experience with data entry / database management preferred
Prior experience with writing / journalism / blogging / email marketing preferred

Ideal Candidate:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent “people skills” and persuasive abilities
Savvy with LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter)
Savvy with networking and outreach
Experience with cold-calling and telesales
Strong understanding of online marketing principles
Knowledge of the legal industry and/or online marketing industry is a plus
Experience with WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Excel is a plus

Compensation:

Hourly plus commission -10% commission for project-based sales - 25% commission for subscription-based sales
Full-time employment position with full benefits

Must be located near Houston, TX
Must be able to commute to work at our office location near the Galleria
