In this role, you will…

· Strategically manage client relationships/handle large book of business.

· Constantly improve processes and efficiencies.

· Have the ability to translate complex customer needs to all functions of business.

· Have the ability to create and maintain C level relationships with key clients.

· Recognize need for change and effectively manage change communication frequently and authentically.

· Utilize networking events and industry contacts to build professional image and represent MedPro Group.

· Have the ability to exercise independent judgement and make critical business decisions effectively.

We are looking for candidates who have…

· A college degree or relevant experience; at least 5 years experience in medical malpractice insurance industry preferred.

· Their Indiana Property & Casualty License or must meet Indiana state licensing requirements within 90 days of hire date.

· Ability to travel 25% of the time.

· Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Suite applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel), familiarity with CRM tools preferred.

· Experience in team environment including an ability to connect with peers, and customers; active listening skills; clearly and effectively shares information verbally.

· Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate professionally via multiple communication channels to deliver information in a clear and concise manner with diverse audience.

· Proven ability to defuse escalating situations while maintaining composure; seeks input to resolve issue.

· Demonstrates leadership skills in organizing and prioritizing multiple responsibilities in a fast paced and changing team environment

· Expertise in various coverage types, risk assessment, and a process expert across the multiple divisions.
