About Our Client Services Representative II:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a friendly attitude and ability to multitask, to partner with our advisors to provide a best-in-class experience for our clients. As a member of the Client Services team, our Client Services Representative II is responsible for preparing client paperwork, maintaining client relationships, scheduling meetings, and executing necessary meeting preparation, and maintaining a positive and client-centric approach. Our CSR II also has the experience and ability to maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth families and companies.

A couple of special notes about our Client Services Representative II:

This position requires in office support out of our Birmingham office, 4 days per week, with the flexibility to work remote on Friday's.
The Birmingham office schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM, and on Friday’s 8:00AM – 3:00PM.
For this role, you will need reliable transportation.
To be considered, you must have 3-5 years of prior administrative experience working with investments.

How will you spend your days here at Savant?

You will get the opportunity to provide first line of client contact to high-net worth clients with complex AUM.
You will be proactive in communication, troubleshooting problems, working schedules, organizing meetings, and serving as the liaison between Advisor and client as needed.
You will manage client information, prepare client reports, submit and follow up on necessary paperwork, and regularly update Salesforce.
You will get the opportunity to utilize technology to perform a variety of tasks and act as a liaison between custodians and other third-party vendors, as well as external professionals such as accounts, and attorneys.
Through your eye for detail, you will facilitate completion of all client applications and transfer documents. As well as attend client paperwork meetings to facilitate with both internal and external forms, as necessary.
Because you have a high level of pride in your work and strive for accuracy, you will proofread reports, forms, and electronic data for errors.
To share your progress with leadership, you will collect and organize specialized reports for our management.
As a part of the greater team, you will provide support to others as needed and fill in where you can.

Where do you fit in?

Here are a few of our must haves:

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is highly preferred, all candidates must have at least an associate degree to be considered.
3-5 years proven success in an administrative support function in an investment environment
As a level two client services representative, you must hold Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP) designation or other investment related designation. If you do not currently hold this designation, you must be willing to obtain this designation within the first 12 months of hire.
You are proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as CRM software.
You will be process oriented, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
You always maintain a client first attitude
You will exude excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization
You are a team player, you enjoy collaboration and helping others, but you can also work independently on project work.
