Join our dynamic team at CCMSI as a Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter in a hybrid role (after first 60 days) based at our corporate office in Danville, IL. This position offers a flexible schedule with three days in-office per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm) and requires experience in sourcing and recruiting.

As the Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter, you will lead the coordination of talent acquisition strategies for designated CCMSI branch locations, aligning with our Talent Acquisition Plans. Collaborating closely with Branch Managers, Account Managers, and Regional Vice Presidents, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and securing top-tier talent to fill positions within CCMSI.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementing effective sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools.
Conducting initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
Managing the full recruitment life-cycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Upholding CCMSI’s reputation as the Employer of Choice through candidate engagement and positive recruitment experiences.

This role requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition, with an emphasis on building talent pipelines and maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience in corporate recruiting, particularly within the insurance or related industries, is preferred.

Responsibilities:
Conducts interviews with all selected candidates, completes background screening, including extension of offers of employment.
Submit application for criminal background history and reference verifications.
Negotiate and extend employment offers with prospective candidates.
Complete all procedures required for hiring a new employee with CCMSI.
Participates in talent acquisition strategic planning process to include development of partnerships with educational institutions to develop a source of future candidates.
Represent CCMSI at job fairs and other professional functions including online job fairs.
Develops and implements innovative sourcing strategies utilizing various mediums, including social media, job boards, etc., to source candidates.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:

The individual in this role must demonstrate passion to serve in the capacity where consistent commitment, engagement and collaboration are required on a daily basis to achieve business results related to people strategies. Effective interpersonal communication and negotiation skills are required with both internal and external customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in corporate recruiting, preferably within the insurance or related industries.
Proficiency in utilizing job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment tools for sourcing and attracting candidates.
Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to conduct thorough candidate evaluations.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software for managing candidate data and recruitment workflows.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences and achieving recruitment goals.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in participating in talent acquisition strategic planning, including developing partnerships with educational institutions or industry organizations for talent pipeline development is a plus.

Education and/or Experience

Proven experience (3+ years) in full-cycle recruiting, with demonstrated success in sourcing and securing top talent.

Computer Skills

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite; proven experience with HRIS systems including applicant tracking and HRIS systems.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

None Required.
HR Certification from SHRM preferred
Certification as Social Sourcing Recruiter preferred.
