*As the Purchasing clerk you will be responsible for: *
* Assisting the Senior buyer
* Managing purchase orders, overseeing shipping schedules and maintaining purchase records.
* Enter purchase orders in company system.
* Review and reconcile invoices; resolution on discrepancies. (pricing & cost knowledge)
* Working with warehouse and accounts payable to compare deliveries with purchase orders to identify discrepancies.
* Knowledge of Purchasing and information software programs. (Sage preferred)

*EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:*
* HVAC or Distribution company experience preferred but not required
* Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
* Bilingual: English & Spanish
* Knowledge of purchasing functions, inventory, and supply management system
* Good Excel Skills/ Intermediate level- required

*SALARY:* 45k per year

*Schedule*: 8AM to 5PM (In-Person)

*Duration*: Temp to Hire

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
