We're dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients while maintaining a positive and supportive workplace culture. As a leading provider in our distribution industry, we're seeking a talented Purchasing clerk to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
As the Purchasing clerk you will be responsible for:
- Assisting the Senior buyer
- Managing purchase orders, overseeing shipping schedules and maintaining purchase records.
- Enter purchase orders in company system.
- Review and reconcile invoices; resolution on discrepancies. (pricing & cost knowledge)
- Working with warehouse and accounts payable to compare deliveries with purchase orders to identify discrepancies.
- Knowledge of Purchasing and information software programs. (Sage preferred)
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- HVAC or Distribution company experience preferred but not required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Bilingual: English & Spanish
- Knowledge of purchasing functions, inventory, and supply management system
- Good Excel Skills/ Intermediate level- required
SALARY: 45k per year
Schedule: 8AM to 5PM (In-Person)
Duration: Temp to Hire
