We are looking for a Life Engagement Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for planning and implementing a well-rounded and stimulating program of activities for our seniors.

What you'll be doing:

* Lead and mentor staff by providing training, setting hours, providing performance feedback, etc.
* Develop, organize, plan, implement, and evaluate a well-rounded and stimulating holistic activity program addressing the needs and limitations of residents.
* Implement life enrichment portion of memory care program.
* Arrange for appropriate activities such as exercise opportunities and spiritual activities as reflected by resident preferences.
* Manage budget, expenses and supplies.

What you'll bring to the table:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1+ year of experience working with elderly.
* 1+ year of experience providing planned activities.
* First Aid Certification based on state requirement.
* Valid driver's license
* Excellent communication skills
* Availability for weekend coverage and on-call emergency situations on a rotating basis
