RN MDS Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated MDS Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The MDS Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely completion of Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments for our patients.

\*\*Duties:\*\*

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans

- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to MDS assessments

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff regarding care plans

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans

\*\*Requirements:\*\*

- Previous experience in conducting MDS assessments

- Knowledge of cardiac catheterization procedures

- Ability to phlebotomize when necessary

- Experience working with children in a healthcare setting

- Familiarity with ambulatory surgery center operations

- Knowledge of botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers

- Understanding of occupational health practices

- Proficiency in medication administration protocols

- Experience in assisted living facilities

- Ability to administer inhalation treatments
