Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring for a *Senior IT Technical Support Specialist* in Tallahassee, FL. As a *Senior IT Technical Support Specialist* for Cardinal Staffing Services, you will be working in a highly technical work environment supporting a wide variety of in-house technologies and IT assets with a local government office.

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities*:
* Configuring, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading all IT hardware, software and peripherals.
* Ensuring optimal performance of desktops, laptops, tablets, printing/scanning devices, mobile devices (phones and ipads) cameras and presentation equipment.
* Performing the technical tasks required to analyze and evaluate data network hardware/software configurations and connectivity problems including authentication and security systems.
* Researching, designing, documenting, and modifying system specifications throughout the production life cycle and managing servers to support tech team enterprise solutions.
* Assisting with scheduling of meetings, setting up conference calls, sending electronic invitations, and coordinating travel arrangements as needed.
* Other duties as required.

*Education and/or Work Experience Requirements*:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experienced with providing Android cell phone ordering and support.
* Familiar with iPhone support, iPad ordering and support, and Mobile Device Management (MDM) such as Intune and/or AirWatch.
* Must have technical experience and proficiency in at least two areas of the following: •Virtual Desktop Infrastructure •Microsoft O/S •Sound system •Presentation system •Video wall system •Multi-agency/enterprise solutions •Microsoft Office suite support •Anti-virus system •Application control system •Mobile Device Management (MDM) •Mobile device (with and without VPN) •Networked printer management •TV/Streaming Broadcasting •Cybersecurity analysis •Password management (AD) •Group management (AD) •Inventory control system •Smartsheet with complex forms & logic •Microsoft O365 Administration •Microsoft Servers
* Capacity to work independently and complete assignments within the parameters of given instructions, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
* Bachelor's degree preferred or comparable experience in one of the following fields- Computer Science, Information Studies, IT, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or other technology/science/mathematics program.
* 3 years of technical experience preferred
* Other criteria may be required and available to discuss upon interview.

8:00am-5:00pm | M-F | $26- $28 hr.
