• Seasonal grounds maintenance, including mowing, weed clearing, snow removal, sanding/salting, etc.
• General laboring duties including industrial housekeeping, making deliveries, moving items/equipment, painting, etc.
• Operating a pick up truck and rack truck to transport larger items - Class B CDL required
• Performing work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company guidelines and standards.

Schedule

Shift start: 7:00AM or 7:00PM
Shift length: 12 hours
12 hour rotating shift schedule involving rotating between 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am shifts. Work weeks typically alternate between 36 hours and 48 hours.

Qualifications
  • Must pass drug screen (cannabis excluded)
  • Must pass background check
  • Can lift 50 lbs
  • Must be at least 18+ years old
Must pass a physical evaluation to be considered for employment. Must have a Class B CDL license or an acceptable driver’s license with the eligibility to obtain a Class B CDL.
