Overview

We're seeking an experienced Celonis Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and architectures supporting our Celonis Process Mining platform. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless data integration, governance, and quality.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Translate business requirements into technical and data requirements.
  • Extract, transform and load source system data into Celonis.
  • Build and maintain Celonis data models.
  • Collaborate with business experts to validate data.
  • Optimize data query performance.
  • Document technical and data requirements, ETL work.
  • Provide ongoing support for data-related issues.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, governance and security.
  • Integrate data sources (ERP, CRM, databases).
  • Stay updated on Celonis product roadmap.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data engineering.
  • Strong expertise in Celonis or similar process mining tools.
  • Proficiency in data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing.
  • Experience with databases (relational, NoSQL).
  • Programming skills (Python, SQL, Java).
  • Strong understanding of data governance and quality.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
Nice To Have
  • Certification in Celonis or data engineering.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Knowledge of data science concepts.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.

  • Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding machine
  • Physical demands with activity or condition may include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
  • May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
