Overview

We're seeking an experienced Celonis Data Analyst to analyze and interpret data, driving business process improvements and informed decision-making through Celonis Process Mining

Technical Requirements
  • Proficiency in Celonis or similar process mining tools.
  • Experience with data querying languages (SQL, etc.).
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain Celonis dashboards and reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define metrics and KPIs.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and provide actionable insights.
  • Identify and prioritize process improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor and measure process performance.
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Stay updated on Celonis product roadmap.
  • Participate in innovation initiatives.
Additional Primary Responsibilities

Data Analysis

  • Extract and analyze data from various sources.
  • Identify trends, patterns and correlations.
  • Develop and maintain data models.

 

Reporting and Visualization

  • Design and develop reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure data visualization best practices.

 

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Communicate insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate on process improvement initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
  • Strong expertise in Celonis or similar process mining tools.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting.
  • Experience with data querying languages (SQL, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Nice To Have
  • Certification in Celonis or data analysis.
  • Experience with data science concepts.
  • Knowledge of business process management.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
Physical Demands
  • Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or mobile device
  • Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
  • May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lbs
