     Design of tolling and equipment to assist with manufacturing process (3D such as creo or solidworks)
Process Analysis and Optimization:
Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity, reduce cycle times, and optimize resource utilization.
Utilize techniques such as time and motion studies, process flow analysis, and value stream mapping to streamline workflows.
Data Analysis and Decision Support:
Collect and analyze data related to production processes, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Use data-driven insights to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
Lead or participate in cross-functional teams focused on continuous improvement projects such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or 5S.
Facilitate brainstorming sessions and kaizen events to identify and implement process improvements.
Monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analysis.   Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams.
Knowledge of manufacturing principles, supply chain management, and quality assurance methodologies.
Design experience with 3D software
