LEASE ANALYST
The Opportunity: Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career.
Independently audits, analyzes, and processes lease payments to our landlords in accordance with lease terms, or as advised by TJX Real Estate or Legal Departments for all domestic divisions. This role ensures proper general ledger coding for payments, Communicates with Landlords, Real Estate and Legal departments to settle disputes.
- Perform desk audits of CAM (Common Area Maintenance) billings received from landlords for all domestic divisions.
- Read and interpret lease language to ensure that reconciliations of billed expenses are processed in compliance with lease terms. This includes deducting non-reimbursable Lease charges.
- Communicates with Landlords to investigate various inquiries, as well as solve Landlord disputes.
- Works with Real Estate, Legal and other internal departments as needed to resolve issues.
- Provide support to both internal and external customers by investigating and resolving inquiries and disputes.
- Identify trends and provide financial analysis for inclusion in executive reports.
- Contribute to overall annual department savings goal
- Special projects as assigned
Who We Are Looking For: You.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ year's work experience in Finance, Audit or Real Estate
- Strong attention to details, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships
- Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and support engagements in a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

This position has a starting salary range of $49,800 to $62,200 per year.
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
